Our Services

Restoring Soil Health & Microbiome

AgriTech Global works to restore soil health and rebuild the living soil microbiome through regenerative cropping systems and natural soil amendments. We promote the planting of cover crops, legumes, and deep-rooted species that increase organic matter, improve soil structure, and stimulate microbial activity.

These practices are complemented by the application of biochar and high-quality organic fertilizers, which enhance nutrient retention, improve water-holding capacity, and create long-term habitats for soil microorganisms.

Together, these approaches help reverse soil degradation, increase farm productivity, strengthen climate resilience, and support sustainable, regenerative agricultural systems.

Seed Banking

AgriTech Global supports resilient agricultural systems through seed banking and the introduction of high-quality, climate-appropriate crop varieties. We work to preserve locally adapted seeds while also identifying and responsibly introducing improved and unique varieties that offer higher yields, enhanced nutrition, greater climate tolerance, and stronger market value.

Through partnerships with research institutions, nurseries, and farmer networks, we help ensure reliable access to clean planting material and promote diversified cropping systems that reduce risk, improve soil health, and open new income opportunities for farmers.

Biochar Carbon Removal

AgriTech Global’s Waste-to-Value Program transforms agricultural and forestry residues into high-quality biochar through controlled, low-emission pyrolysis, creating a permanent carbon sink while generating valuable soil-enhancing products.

By diverting organic waste that would otherwise be burned or left to decompose, the program reduces greenhouse gas emissions and supports Biochar Carbon Removal (BCR) projects aligned with leading carbon market standards.

Beyond operations, AgriTech Global provides specialized consulting services to design, structure, and implement biochar and carbon removal projects. We support clients across the full project lifecycle — including feasibility assessments, feedstock evaluation, technology selection, carbon methodology alignment, MRV system design, and carbon credit registration — enabling the development of credible, investment-ready BCR initiatives.

AgriTech Global works closely with agricultural production factories and processors to manage organic waste streams — such as crop residues and processing byproducts — turning a disposal challenge into a valuable resource. Through on-site or nearby biochar production systems, we help partners reduce waste handling costs, minimize environmental impact, and create new revenue opportunities through soil products and carbon credit generation.

Farming Technologies

AgriTech Global leverages practical, locally appropriate farming technologies to improve decision-making, efficiency, and productivity across agricultural operations. Our approach focuses on tools that are cost-effective, scalable, and suitable for real-world conditions in Uganda and other emerging markets.

Our services include drone-based mapping and crop monitoring to assess field conditions, identify pest or nutrient stress, support land-use planning, and track crop performance over time. We also utilize satellite imaging and remote sensing technologies to monitor soil moisture, vegetation health, and climate risks, enabling early intervention and more informed farm management decisions.

In addition, we conduct soil analysis to provide data-driven recommendations on fertility management, crop suitability, and regenerative practices. Through user-friendly digital tools and mobile applications, we help farmers and partners track farm activities, plan planting and harvesting schedules, and support traceability and performance monitoring.

AgriTech Global is also exploring innovative applications such as drone-assisted seed distribution and precision input delivery to improve efficiency, reduce labor constraints, and support reforestation and regenerative planting initiatives.
